This plan includes a diet only, and is for people who want to shred unwanted body fat. It can be used along side any work out routine you wish to do. The diet includes a weekly diet which is set out in a table format, including meal times and a list of foods you should be eating. All food is weighed out in grams so its easy to keep track of your macros, so we recommend you own some food scales. The diet is also fully customisable so you can change what your'e eating each week using the list of food and nutritional information provided to ensure you don't get bored of eating the same things each week. You will need to weigh your self and take a picture at the start of the plan then again every two weeks to make sure your on track with fat loss goals.
